"Becoming a Grief Companion" Workshop
How can we show up for people enduring loss? What can we say? What can we do? What kind of support is actually beneficial? And how can we avoid depleting ourselves in the process?
Join Francesca Lynn Arnoldy, community doula, grief researcher, and death literacy author, and Dr. Ken Gorczyca, in-home euthanasia veterinarian and pet death doula, for a special in-person workshop to learn all this and more!
During this informative event, we’ll discuss:
*How to offer compassionate emotional support and practical assistance to the bereaved through any type of loss.
*Applicable theories and models, including how to use them to understand and normalize the grief journey

What's included: An engaging, interactive workshop covering grief support skills for any type of loss, plus refreshments.

10% of proceeds will return to Muttville to help continue their mission of changing the way the world thinks about and treats older dogs and creating better lives for them through rescue, foster, adoption and hospice!
