We’ll be pouring the exceptional Domaine Terres Dorees Beaujolais Nouveau from winemaker Jean Paul Brun, paired with inspired light fare from Chef Drew Ashmore. This is the real deal – no GDB bullshit here. Enjoy this “bright, gluggable, food friendly” wine all night for only $9/glass (event price).
Winemaker Jean Paul Brun, of Domaine Terres Doree, has been producing exceptional small batch, natural wine from his small estate in the village of Charnay in Southern Beaujolais since 1979. Starting with a meager 4 hectares (9.8 acres) of vineyard, Mr Brun has since built a formidable following among us wine geeks with his handcrafted wines using native yeasts, organic farming and traditional fermentation techniques.
