January 1 - February 28 - Submissions accepted via this online form, via email to Raychelle at [email protected], or in person at the desks in the children's or teen areas. View the guidelines. March 20 - Finalists will be notified. April 27 - Finalists will perform at the library. (Performances are open to the public & free to attend.) July 12 - 13 - Winner will have a designated slot to perform at the Westerville Music & Arts Festival. Be creative and have fun! Bonus: Finalists will receive a small token.
