Brickell City Centre (BCC) is once again going to the dogs and it’s nothing short of spook-tacular. The premier shopping and lifestyle destination invites four-legged friends and their families to its annual ‘Barks & Boos’ celebration, a pet-friendly Halloween event filled with festive fun.
