Bar Kaiju is an amazing Miami cocktail bar created by award winning bartender Derek Stilmann. It is known for its monster-themed concept, a playful homage to it's namesake, the giant monsters of Japanese cinema. Recently named 77th best bar in North America by the 2025 50 Best Bars list, this is your chance to step into the red light and enjoy some delicious cocktails featuring Aberfeldy Scotch, Patron Tequila and D'Ussé cognac.
