Bales & Ales: A Tasting Fundraiser for the Carnegie Art Center
The Carnegie Art Center (CAC) will hold their Fall fundraiser Bales & Ales on Saturday, October 19 from 4:00PM- 7:00PM. Tickets include craft beverage and wine tastings from Resurgence Brewing, Blackbird Cider, Community Beer Works, Arrowhead Spring Vineyards, Freedom Run Winery, Niagara Landing, and several other Western New York craft beer and wine vendors.
A choice of souvenir pint or wine glass is also included with tickets. Light appetizers will be provided with the option to purchase additional food from Edgy Vegy Food Truck. The Burning Candle Emporium will be onsite with Fall related candles for purchase. The event will feature live music by guitar jazz duo Lewis & Klark. Guests can also enjoy the Carnegie Art Center’s galleries where Expressions in Fiber and Cosmic Kaleidoscope exhibitions are on display. Every ticket purchased enters a drawing for a wine tasting for up to six guests at Freedom Run Winery. Explore local vendors on our spacious lawn at your own pace while supporting the arts!
Bales & Ales is a fundraiser organized by President Kristin Derby and Board Member Sarah Miller for the Carnegie Art Center. The CAC is a non-profit organization that promotes and encourages the development of visual and performing arts. Through the presentation of exhibitions, concerts, performances, classes, and other fine art activities, the Carnegie provides educational and cultural enrichment to the Western New York region. All proceeds will benefit the CAC.
Bales & Ales is an outdoor and indoor ticketed event for ages 21+. Presale tickets are currently for sale on the CAC website for $30. Tickets can be purchased online at carnegieartcenter.org, in person by visiting the CAC, or at the gate ($35). The CAC is open Wednesdays and Thursdays 6-8PM and Fridays and Saturdays 12-4PM.
