Balance is a physical, emotional, and spiritual distribution of our efforts and emotions, leading to harmony or evenness. Learn ways to help yourself achieve balance through breathing exercises, meditative techniques, hand mudras, and rituals to feel centered, grounded, and support positive mental well-being.
