In this class we will venture out into the park to collect ramps and invasive garlic mustard, and perhaps other early edibles. If you’ve never had ramps before, they are a cross between a leek, green onion, and garlic. We will return to the James Bradley Center where we will make a pesto and pasta to enjoy together. During the meal we will cover some other edible native plants you can put in YOUR yard! Register today, class size is limited! Ages 12+. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
