Step Into the Italian Kitchen
Join us for the Pasta Class Jamie Adams at il Giallo on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11 AM – 2 PM. Chef and Master Pasta Maker Jamie Adams will guide you through a fun, hands-on pasta-making experience filled with Italian flavor and warmth.
First, enjoy coffee and biscotti the moment you arrive. Soon after, we welcome you with a glass of Prosecco. Then, the Pasta Class Jamie Adams truly begins. Jamie walks you through each step of making fresh pasta and explains the simple techniques he learned in Italy. You make your own pasta, and you take home easy recipes for pasta and sauces. That way, you can enjoy the same dishes at home and keep practicing your skills.

After cooking, we gather for a three-course Italian lunch:
Caesar Salad
Your handmade pasta
Dessert
Each course comes with wine. We all dine at one long table, creating a friendly, lively atmosphere like a true Italian piazza. Because of this shared setting, you enjoy great food and real conversation as the wine flows and plates are passed.
