Babywearing DANCE Workshop – For Caretakers and their Little Ones to get moving!

Are you ready to get your workout in, move your body, and work on your own health and wellness while your baby stays close? Move and groove with your little one to fun, upbeat music and build connection and community with fellow parents with young children.
Bring your baby and your baby carrier and head to the dance studio for light cardio class that offers a blend of conditioning, dance and parent-child connection principles that will help you focus on your overall health and wellness.
This Babywearing Dance workshop is great for all fitness levels. Start where you are and move how you can. No dance experience required. We also welcome babywearing dads, nannies, grandparents, and other care givers.
Instructor: Kerin Martinez
Dates & Times: Wednesdays, June 3 – June 24 @ 11:15am – 12:00pm (4 weeks)
Cost: $85 – 4 weeks
