Award-Winning Baker Don Guerra Presents Pizza and Focaccia Class at Hayden Flour Mills AUG. 7
Guests will have the chance to learn authentic techniques and recipes for crafting perfect pizzas and focaccia from scratch.
During the class, held at Hayden Flour Mills in Gilbert, Guerra will guide guests through the process of making incredible homemade pizza dough and focaccia bread—including dough preparation, topping combinations and baking methods to achieve professional-level and mouthwatering results.
Designed for beginners and seasoned home bakers alike, this class provides valuable skills and insights in a fun and interactive setting. Pizza and beverages will be served; guests are welcome to bring an adult beverage to share.
This course is limited to just 15 participants to ensure every guest has a fully immersive experience. The cost is $150++ per person. Pizza kits will also be available for purchase at the event.
