Join us in the Whiskey Lounge for an evening with Waymar Gin House's talented mixologist Hunter Coleman. Your $80 ticket (pre-tax and gratuity) includes four delicious small plates prepared by our culinary team and four gin-based cocktails thoughtfully curated by Hunter.
COCKTAIL MENU:
- Manzanilla Gimlet: Waymar Manzanilla Cask Gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup
- Pecan Pie Old Fashioned: Waymar Amontillado Cask Gin infused with pecan pie, simple syrup, angostura and orange bitters
- Waymar Toddy: Waymar Naranja Cask Finished Gin, Waymar Amontillado Cask Gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, Earl Grey decaf tea
- Concord Grape & Rosemary Spritz: Waymar Gin, concord grape-rosemary syrup, lemon juice, sparkling wine
