Auditions for Dance Wisconsin's "The Nutcracker"
Auditions for Dance Wisconsin's 49th annual production of "The Nutcracker" will be on Sunday, September 13. All dancers from the local area are welcome to audition. Dancers must be at least 7 years old and enrolled in at least 1 weekly ballet class.
Audition times are as follows:
1:00pm: 7-9 yr olds
2:00pm: 10-12 yr olds and dancers under 5'2"
3:00pm: 13 yrs+ and dancers over 5'2"

Rehearsals will be on weekends between late September into December. Performances will take place at the Wisconsin Union Theater in mid-December. Dance Wisconsin's performance of "The Nutcracker" features a choir, live music, and professional guest artists in the role of Sugarplum Fairy and Cavalier.
Dance Wisconsin is a 501(c)3 pre-professional dance company located in Madison, Wisconsin committed to promoting dance, performance opportunities and dance education throughout Wisconsin.
