"Assassins" at Ghostlight Theatre

This thought-provoking play delves into the minds of individuals who attempted (successfully or not) to assassinate Presidents of the United States. Nine characters, including John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald, are brought to life with music that explores their motivations and the societal issues that surrounded them.
The play is known for its controversial subject matter, tackling themes of violence and the American Dream with dark humor and poignant commentary. Despite this, Assassins offers a compelling narrative and powerful music that spans various genres, making it a must-see for theatergoers interested in thought-provoking storytelling and exceptional performances.

The show takes place at Ghostlight Theatre, a non-profit community theatre in Sun City West. The mission of Ghostlight Theatre is to entertain, educate and enrich the community through dramatic arts by offering a quality and diverse theater experience for everyone.
