Artisan Pizza Making Class
In this class, using skills we've learned from our time spent in various regions of Italy we will teach participants how to make the perfect dough from the mixing to the kneading and shaping as well as the importance of ingredients. Each guest will then top and bake their perfect Artisan Pizza and can enjoy them in the cafe or can take them home. This class is approximately 2 - 2.5 hours long and is appropriate for ages 12 and up. Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased in the cafe.
