View art on display created by people served by Rise, a Twin Cities disability service provider. Rise's Art Speaks program is just one life enrichment activity at Rise, which provides day services and work opportunities for people who have disabilities and other challenges. Our Coon Rapids facility was recently remodeled thanks to Anoka County Community Development Block Grant funds. Open House. Free admission. Light refreshments provided.
