ART BUILD - CREATE IMAGES FOR THE QUEENS SAYS NO KINGS 3 MARCH
We’re building the visuals that will carry March 28.
Join Queens Say No Kings for a hands-on Art Build where we’ll create the large-scale signs, banners, and bold visuals that will define our march to Borough Hall.
This is not a craft circle — it’s production.
We’ll be:
Cutting and prepping cardboard for modular, people-powered signs
Sketching designs for others to paint
Creating pro-democracy, anti-fascism visuals
Building large statement pieces that read from a distance
Prepping marshals and banner teams with coordinated signage
No art experience necessary. If you can paint, cut, trace, letter, organize supplies, or just follow direction — we need you.
Why this matters:
We’re marching through Queens — the most diverse place on Earth — and our visuals must be strong enough to carry the message without a backdrop. The art is the stage.
Music, energy, and refreshments provided.
Bring friends. Wear clothes you can paint in.
