Guests will enjoy a chef-led, six-course tasting menu inspired by golden hour in Miami Beach, hosted on our rooftop.
The menu moves through dishes like Bluefin Tuna with pear, yuzu, and anchovy, Wagyu Monaka with ossetra caviar and shiso, Rigatoni Fra’diavolo with red shrimp and uni butter, Hokkaido Scallop with sunchoke and horseradish, and a decadent Wagyu Wellington. The evening closes with Coffee & Donuts, a play on espresso sorbet, malted cream, and black & white donuts.
