The Arizona Restaurant Association is pleased to announce a new series within the 2026 Arizona Chef’s Week, presented by DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS. The Chef’s Week Dinner Series features intimate one-night-only dining experiences at four popular local restaurants, hosted by a select group of the state’s most celebrated chefs.
These events take place throughout the 2026 Arizona Chef’s Week on Tuesday, Aug. 4, Wednesday, Aug. 5, Thursday, Aug. 6 and Sunday, Aug. 9. Participating chefs and restaurants include Chef Joey Maggiore of The Italiano, Chef Justin Beckett of Beckett’s Table, Chef Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s, and Chef Carson Dodd of The Ends.
“We were humbled by the incredible response we received after our inaugural Arizona Chef’s Week in 2025. So this year, we wanted to give diners additional opportunities to support and enjoy our amazing local restaurants and chefs,” said Arizona Restaurant Association President and CEO Steve Chucri. “Whether celebrating a special occasion, treating yourself to an unforgettable night out, or simply looking for the ultimate Arizona Chef's Week experience, the Chef’s Week Dinner Series is the perfect way to indulge.”
Each dinner has been thoughtfully curated by the participating chef and features a unique multi-course menu, expertly paired cocktails and wines, and a one-night-only culinary experience that won’t be repeated. The Arizona Chef’s Week Dinner Series features:

The Italiano — Tuesday, Aug. 4
Diners are invited to join Chef Joey for an exclusive, thoughtfully curated five-course Italian dinner, showcasing Chef Joey’s signature approach to classic Italian cuisine. Each course is expertly paired with hand-selected wines. The cost is $99 per person, plus tax and 20 percent gratuity.
Beckett’s Table — Wednesday, Aug. 5
This Grown Ups Table Dinner is presented by Saratoga Spring Water and encourages guests to pull up a seat as the chef prepares a family-style meal featuring multiple courses. The menu is not released ahead of time, as this experience is truly a “trust the chef” event. The cost is $79 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Tarbell’s — Thursday, Aug. 6
Presented by Roxx Vodka, this exclusive four-course dinner offers guests one unforgettable collaboration. The menu is specially created for Arizona Chef’s Week and includes pairings of two signature Roxx Vodka cocktails as well as multiple expertly crafted dishes. The cost is $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
The Ends — Sunday, Aug. 9
Presented by Old Town Scottsdale, this experience invites diners to join Chef Carson Dodd for a shared journey to the ends of the Earth — a culinary experience inspired by cultures, flavors and stories from around the world. The menu is designed for 36 people and features 13 courses. The cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Arizona Chef’s Week takes place from Friday, Aug. 31 through Sunday, Aug. 9 and features prix fixe menus priced at just $55 or $66 per person, depending on the establishment. This format is designed to give diners the opportunity to enjoy a memorable meal at an incredible price while supporting local restaurants during the season when they need it most.
