April 12 Saturday Night Dinner
This is part of a monthly Saturday Night Dinner Series at Le Petit Bistro in Hubbard. The bistro re-opens at night for a 4-course prix fixe dinner, by reservation only. The space is transformed into an intimate dinner setting with linen tablecloths and candles. Guests are seated "Community Style" at large tables with others. All courses are plated and served individually. Beer and Wine is available for purchase.

1st
Charcuterie Plate
Smoked Coppa w/Tasso Spice, Finocchiona,
artisan cheese, crackers and olives
2nd
Spring Greens Salad
Arugula, pickled onions, roasted hazelnuts, pecorino-Romano,
house lemon vinaigrette and garlic croutons
3rd
Horseradish Encrusted Steelhead
served with Roasted Red Potatoes with rosemary and garlic
and Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze
4th
Lavender Panna Cotta
with pretzel shortbread
