J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician is hosting a very special wine dinner, celebrating the 50th anniversary release of Antinori Estates' Tignanello. Enjoy an opulent evening of extraordinary cuisine crafted by J&G Steakhouse’s Executive Chef, Jacques Qualin, as well as exceptional wine. The dinner will feature a guided tasting of four courses, coupled with wine pairings. The menu showcases a starter of red kabocha squash tortellini with Cervaro Della Sala Chardonnay; followed by a crispy Artic char red wine risotto with Antinori Chianti Classico Reserva; a third course of 48-hours short rib and grilled prime New York strip steak with Antinori Tignanello 50th Anniversary; and to finish the evening, a dessert of warm chocolate cake with VinSanto Santa Cristina.
