As the Noon hour arrives, little party animals will countdown to 2013 as streamers and confetti blast from Countdown cannons. Countdown to Noon celebrations will take place at Noon and 1:00pm. Please Touch Museum will be open from 9:00am – 3:00pm on Monday, December 31st.
