in collaboration with chef paul kahan and chef dylan patel of one off hospitality, the night will feature a multi-course, family-style feast showcasing recipes inspired by vetri’s latest work—an ode to the art, craft, and comfort of handmade pasta. guests will enjoy a rich lineup of antipasti, fresh pastas, and dessert, thoughtfully paired with wines for each course. every ticket includes a signed copy of "the pasta book" to continue the inspiration at home.
