Americana Folk-Punk Quartet Pluck & Rail (Wed 2/28) @Uncle Cheef, Brewster, NY
Like a well-crafted cocktail, mingling irreverent songwriters, George Gierer’s blistering lead vocals (guitar, banjo and harmonica) alongside classically-trained cellist Andrew Sussman’s dynamic mastery of string instruments (cello, mandolin) the resulting musical presentation will transport you to the darker side of life. The addition of bassist Zach Swanson and Steve Uh’s soaring violin vocal contributions round out the quartet.

If you have not yet experienced the exquisitely designed live music lounge, Wednesday, Feb 28th will be a great night to experience the listening room in an intimate environment. Uncle Cheef has committed to host local musicians presented by HiT on Wednesday nights.
Doors 6:30pm, Sets at 7pm and 8pm / Reservations highly recommended / $20 per person cash donation to the band encouraged.
