Join American Me Comedy: Wednesday, August 21, 2024, 8 PM at the historic La Jolla Comedy Store for an evening of laughs to benefit the local San Diego organization: ERIC PAREDES SAVE A LIFE FOUNDATION. Jason Rogers and Stefani N. Von Huben are bringing together a hilarious line-up of comics including: Host-Jason Rogers, Headliner: Jason Collings, Jer Bear Magic, Tatum Price, Todd Risenmay and San Diego local favorite, Pman. It's going to be a fun night of comedy for a cause in support of ERIC PAREDES SAVE A LIFE FOUNDATION. Proceeds from tickets sales will be donated to ERIC PAREDES SAVE A LIFE FOUNDATION: a 501c3 volunteer-run nonprofit committed since 2010 to educating and advocating for sudden cardiac arrest prevention in youth. Mission: Through awareness, education and action, their mission is to influence families, youth, educators, sports programs, elected officials, and the medical community to recognize the incidence of sudden cardiac arrest in youth, to support the standardization of prevention protocol at home, in school, on the field and at the doctor’s office, and to empower youth to become the next generation of life savers. Purpose: As they approach their 15th anniversary growing the footprint of Eric’s legacy, the Eric Paredes Save a Life Foundation has reaffirmed their commitment to provide critical SCA prevention resources to fill the gap in care, while in tandem advancing a strategic goal to drive comprehensive systemic change in health literacy and prevention practice and policy that will impact the State of California and beyond.
