But don't worry. We have added a show of the play, the same day at 7:00 P.M. Bring your whole family and friends and laugh with them watching this humorous play.
About the Play
American Desi Family is a satirical comedy about a South Asian family that immigrated to the United States. Wajeh is dissatisfied with his wife, Naima, while their family friend Aashiq, who is a bandleader, always looks for local Desi marriages to perform. Noreen, a character who enjoys playing games, frequently makes false promises to Aashiq regarding marriage. The play revolves around these four characters and the ups and downs of their lives as immigrants.
