Experience original songs, folk, and improvisation with Amanda DeBoer Bartlett, Jesse Langen, and Caroline Jesalva. A genre-bending mix of classical, folk, and experimental music.
Caroline Jesalva (Violin, Vocals) is a Chicago-based musician, improviser, and multidisciplinary artist. A New England Conservatory graduate, her work blends experimental theater, songwriting, classical, and free jazz. She performs with ensembles including Bang on a Can, ECCE Arts Ensemble, and Crossing Borders Music, and collaborates with artists such as Katinka Kleijn and Sarah Clausen.

Amanda DeBoer Bartlett and Jesse Langen are a Chicago-based folk and contemporary classical duo. Their performances weave original songs, commissioned works, and Irish and American folk traditions into storytelling that blends styles.
Soprano Amanda DeBoer Bartlett performs contemporary classical, experimental, folk, and original music. She is a member of Ensemble Dal Niente, co-founder of Quince Contemporary Vocal Ensemble, and released her album Braided Together in June 2025.
Guitarist Jesse Langen has premiered dozens of new works and performs widely as a soloist, chamber musician, and ensemble player with groups including Hasco Duo, Ensemble Dal Niente, Fiddle in the Middle, KATET, Kilgubbin Brothers, and Ensemble Galilei, as well as in Irish music sessions throughout Chicago.
