Alpaca Halter Show - Feb 10-11 - 200+ Alpacas, Demonstrations, & Vendors

Over 225 Alpacas from over 55 Alpaca farms from across the country will be competing under one roof at Cabarrus Arena & Event Center in Concord, North Carolina on the weekend of February 10th & 11th. This event is free to the public but there is a fee to park. There will be free alpaca-related educational sessions, fiber demonstrations by local fiber guilds, vendors selling alpaca fiber goods and other products, an alpaca costume contest, a kid’s activity area, silent auction, concessions and much more. A great outing to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Come meet, watch, and learn about Alpacas and Alpaca fiber. The event is great for families, Alpaca lovers, and those new to or thinking about alpaca ownership. Service animals are welcome only in the vendor and demonstration areas. No animals in the alpaca show area. CABO was formed in 2004 as a resource for all North and South Carolina alpaca owners and those looking to learn, support, or assist in growing the alpaca community. Proceeds from the annual Alpaca shows go toward funding Alpaca education for CABO members and non-members.
