All You Ever Wanted to Know About Wills and Trusts
American Family Estate Preservation Inc, NW (AFEPI) is one of UpRiver Village's most valued partners. UpRiver is hosting and AFEPI is presenting our second seminar. You will learn the difference between wills and trusts, and the many advantages a trust offers. After our first AFEPI presentation, many UpRiver and Eastside Village members asked AFEPI to create their trusts. You will also learn about Medicaid Trusts which help if you need long-term care and anticipate the need for Medicaid to pay. Please join us for this informative presentation. There will be no obligation or pressure to purchase a trust from AFEPI. All UpRiver and Eastside members who attend an in-person seminar, will receive a $300 discount on a trust purchased from AFEPI.
