Annie & the Fur Trappers are a Boston-based traditional swing, jazz and blues band, dedicated to performing and preserving the music of the 1920s and 30s. This legendary band, made up of clarinet, trumpet, trombone, bass, banjo, guitar, and washboard, has headlined at music festivals including the Big Muddy Festival, The Whitaker Jazz Festival, Cherokee Street Jazz Fest, HONK!TX, Musikfest, The Cherokee Street Jazz Crawl, and The Rosebud Cafe Music Festival.
Beginners: Take the 7pm lesson in East Coast Swing. You'll be dancing with nice people within the hour! Singles and couples welcome. Both women and men: ask others to dance. Meet new people. A great first dance!
