Advanced Tasting
You can do this! Join us for Advanced Wine Tasting on Jan. 24 from 4:00–5:30 p.m. and learn the adjectives used to describe what you taste in wine with the goal of honing your palate. Smell and taste real-life examples like flint, gooseberry, cedar, baking spices, mushrooms, currants and my favorite — apple Jolly Rancher while practicing with the CMS grid.
