Young Library for a demonstration on creating luxurious muscle soaks that won’t break the bank. While we often push our bodies to the limit, we might not always give our muscles the care they deserve. This is your chance to learn how to treat those hardworking muscles right and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation.
This program will be best for Teens & Adults, though there is not a set skill level required for this program. Our Adulting 101 series continues to highlight both the ease and importance of integrating self-care into our daily routine.
Supplies for this program will be provided; attendance will be capped to only the first 20 participants.
