The Adult Movement Intensive encompasses all aspects of a professional dance intensive, with classes ranging from Ballet, Pointe, Repertoire, Variations, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ankle Health, Conditioning, and much more. Additionally, all participants are able to perform in a concluding showcase, with rehearsal times built into the intensive.
