Adobo Grill September Tequila Dinner
Savor authentic Mexican flavors at Adobo Grill’s next tequila dinner, taking place Wednesday September 25th.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm with warm Pozole, tomatillo chicken soup with hominy, cabbage, radishes, and cilantro, enjoyed alongside the Adobo Margarita. Sink your teeth into the next course, the smoked chicken Quesadilla with chile de arbol salsa. This course comes with the Prickly Pear Margarita. The Birria, a traditional Mexican beef stew with chile de arbol salsa, pickled onions, and Puerco beans, truly make this dinner outstanding, especially while sipping the Very Berry Margarita! And don’t forget to save room for dessert, which is Jericalla, a Mexican vanilla crème brulee with blueberries.
