First course is the Taco de Papa & Chipotle, enjoyed alongside Adobo Grill’s Adobo Margarita. Next is the Tostada de Ceviche and La Sandia Margarita. The evening’s main course consists of Chicken Tinga in a corn husk with charro beans, with the refreshing La Pera Margarita. And finally – dessert! Savor Adobo Grill’s Chocolate Tamal, while sipping tequila blanco, reposado, añejo, and house made sangrita.
