Adobo Grill August Tequila Dinner
Join Old Town's Adobo Grill for a night to remember, as the authentic Mexican restaurant invites guests to experience a Casa Noble Tequila Dinner, featuring inventive dishes paired alongside complementary margaritas!
On Wednesday, August 28th, prepare to sip and savor four courses, each served alongside warm weather-inspired margaritas, all made with Casa Noble Tequila.
The evening will begin with Salbutes Yuca Corn Cheese Dip and Corn Tamal Poblano Salsa, sipped with the Adobo Margarita. Next, diners will taste Heirloom Tomato Salad, drizzled with pumpkin seed vinaigrette and queso fresco. The second course will come presented with Cocotazo Margarita, made with Tequila Reposado, coconut rum, and coconut sorbet. For Adobo Grill's third course - Roast Chicken with squash mole and farmers market veggies. You'll love the Peach Margarita, created using Tequila Anejo, peach juice, and lime juice. And finally, dessert will consist of Plum Cake with caejta.
The Casa Noble Tequila Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 pm and is $63 per guest (tax and gratuity not included).
