Adam Gilliland - Osculation

Aug. 20, 2025-May 27, 2026 Reception: 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 10 Adam Gilliland is a southeastern Arizona native and has been making art in Tucson for the past 22years. He is a graduate of Pima Community College with a degree in Fine Arts. Gilliland is a musician, husband and father. He created these drawings during the Covid-19 pandemic. “I created these pieces to cope with feelings of extreme isolation and anger, “ he says. “I wanted the images to convey the warmth of intimacy and the power of touch.
