Who is most or least likely to vote in the next election and why do some voters take the time to go to the polls to vote and leave their ballot blank? What can be done to improve voter turnout and how do we compare with other states and other countries? Does your vote really make a difference? This course will review different strategies and campaigns that have tried to answer these questions.
