ACE - Divine Decor II: Includes Field Trips
The Level II class will consist of four areas: One class will focus on floor coverings with a field trip to Pro Source. Another week you will learn about the technical side of window treatments and bedding, such as how to figure yardage and cuts, including a field trip to a local drapery workroom. The other two weeks will concentrate on accessorizing and carrying out your room design to the max, and budgeting your room. Your class project will be a color board showing the accessories and placement to take your room design to the final stage. Each week will include some lab time to work on your class project, with week four being “show and tell” for everyone’s project. Prerequisite: Divine Decor I or teacher approval.
