Develop and explore your yoga practice in this alignment and core strength-based course. We will study traditional yoga postures while building balance and core strength techniques. This class is good for the beginner or those with prior experience. However, it will require regular transitions from floor to standing. For those who might require a slower transition pace or are experiencing balance challenges, this class would not be a good fit.
