Chair Yoga consists of gentle movements that encourage better circulation, reduce stiffness, increase energy, improve strength, enhance flexibility, and improve balance. This class uses a chair for additional support, comfort, and safety. Most of the exercises are done while sitting, leaning, or holding on to a chair.
