A Sunday Afternoon of Song


Whether you're a lover of classical arias, Broadway favorites, or heartfelt folk tunes, this is an event sure to lift your spirit and stir your soul. Kerri Roberts Kerri Roberts has been part of the theater and music communities of the midlands for more than 25 years. Kerri holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in vocal performance from Columbia College and the University of South Carolina respectively. She has had the privilege of performing locally, regionally, and internationally in every genre from opera and oratorio to musical theater, big band, pop and worship. Sam McWhite Samuel McWhite is from Florence, South Carolina. He has appeared on various Columbia theater stages including "Max" in Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party, "Stew" in Passing Strange, "Ken" in Ain't Misbehavin', and "Riff Raff" in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. He is a member of the Trustus Theater Company, the NIA Company, and Indigo Soul. Katrina Garvin Katrina Garvin has shared the stage with Babyface, Vashawn Mitchell, Jason Nelson, Blanche McCallister, Tamela Mann, and many more. She is also is an accomplished actor and composer having written and produced the soundtrack for, and acted in, the nationally distributed stage play DVD Yesterday is Still Gone. She most recently was voted the 2021 Best of Columbia's "Best local actress". Katrina has played roles in several productions including Billie Holiday in Lady Day Live at Emerson's Bar & Grill, Hairspray, Ragtime, "Deloris Van Cartier' in Sister Act and as "Shug Avery" in The Color Purple at some of South Carolina's most critically acclaimed theaters.
