ANCA volunteer and retired physician George Christison MD, will discuss the impact that animal agriculture has on the planet in his presentation, “What’s the Beef with Beef?”
Michael Paalani, Dr. Ph, Doctor of Public Health, Preventive Care, and Director of the Graduate Program on Plant-Based Nutrition at the Loma Linda University School of Public Health, will share his knowledge about optimizing health and wellness and lowering the risk for chronic diseases through a plant-based diet.
Mandy Parkes, District Manager at the Inland Empire Resource Conservation District, will facilitate a further interactive discussion and Q&A on the challenges and tips for incorporating plant-based health and nutrition into daily life.
