A Night to Remember: Doubleback & Passing Time Wine Dinner at The Butcher’s Table
Enjoy a special Wednesday evening dinner at the Gold Dust Room - an exclusive private event space with peekaboo views of South Lake Union, located directly above The Butcher's Table. Dinner guests will be welcomed warmly with wine and appetizers, and later be seated for a 4-course meal, curated by The Butcher's Table's very own Chef Morgan Mueller.
This event is extra special, as we will be joined by Drew Bledsoe of Doubleback Winery and Damon Huard of Passing Time Winery, former NFL quarterbacks and local football legends. For football lovers (and WSU and UW alumni), this dinner comes at a perfect time - unfolding right before this year's Apple Cup.
*There will be a VIP tasting held prior to dinner, at 5:30pm. A lucky 20 guests will be tasting a special Magnum of a collaborative Cabernet between the two wineries, named Double Time. This is an exclusive chance to taste Double Time, as it is not available anywhere on the market. This VIP experience is an additional $75, and you MUST purchase a VIP ticket to gain access.
