A Musical Feast Concert Series: SMELLS LIKE RAIN
A Musical Feast Concert Series presents Smells Like Rain on June 8 at 5 p.m. at St. Richard’s Episcopal Church (1420 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock). Founded by brothers Payton and Parker Andrews, who grew up playing violin and piano together, the Austin-based band combines elements of rock’n’roll and jazz with classical music, drawing inspiration from Pink Floyd, the Beatles, Black Sabbath, Radiohead and others.
The band is currently working on their debut album, slated for release in fall/winter 2025. Smells Like Rain is committed to advocating for universal human rights, reflecting this mission in their music.
