A Musical Exploration of Hawaiian Kingdom Era ʻUkulele and Its Madeiran Roots
Two lead members of Portuguese cultural project and 6-person band Xarabanda, Roberto Moniz and Roberto Moritz, will be in attendance, in addition to the President of the Education, Cultural and Social Studies and Development Center of Calheta - Madeira Embassy for Promoting the Culture of Madeira Island around the World, Eugenio Perregil. These delegates are here for the International 'Ukulele Festival on July 27th and the Portuguese Festa on August 3rd.
