Kadampa Meditation Center Houston is the spiritual home for many people in the region. The doors are open to every person who has an interest in meditation or Buddhism. Since our spiritual home exists as part of our open, inviting community, we take time to cherish the space and make the Center more welcoming.
There will be ways for everyone to contribute, regardless of any restrictive conditions. You can join in for the whole event or a short portion.
