8th Annual Roc Juneteenth 5K Run/Walk
The 8th annual Roc Juneteenth 5K Run/Walk will begin at 1 PM, Wednesday, June 19, at Genesee Valley Park, Riverbend Shelter, located along the Genesee River. To register, go to itsyourrace.com

There will be a variety of community vendors that are sure to peek your interest...from helpful community resources, cool merchandise for sale and delicious food and drink for your consumption. resources
We will have raffles tickets for sale (cash only), for chances to win some awesome merchandise and gift cards from a host of wonderful local businesses. Light snacks will be provided for race participants.
Please stay and enjoy a free jazz concert with RJ and Friends that follows the race, from 4 PM- 6 PM, in the nearby Roundhouse Shelter. Bring your lawn chair or blanket to sit back and enjoy the cool sounds of jazz or jump up to dance to the beats and rhythms of the music that makes you move.
"Ryan Johnson and Friends" headlined the 2023 concert after the race. Ryan Johnson will play again after the walk/run and will also headline the June 16th Inaugural "Roc Juneteenth Jazz" event at Highland Park.
Roc Juneteenth 5k benefits a local 5013c organization, the Black Community Focus Fund (BCFF), in supporting
the construction of Rochester's Civil Rights Heritage Park, at Baden Park.
