6-Week, in-person Complex PTSD support group
The group will be structured as a processing group, where members identify at the beginning what personal goal or areas they would like to focus on throughout the 6 weeks, meeting weekly beginning Thursday, June 25th and ending July 30th. Sessions will emphasize authenticity, mutual support, and the relational experience of healing together.
Session 1 – Introductions, group guidelines, and psychoeducation on trauma and grounding basics.
Sessions 2–5 – Ongoing group processing with a focus on members’ chosen goal and the relational experience within the group. Space will be given for sharing, feedback, and practicing new ways of relating.
Session 6 – Group closeout, reflections, and sharing progress toward initial goal.
This group offers a safe, supportive space to reduce isolation, build emotional regulation tools, and gain new insights through shared processing.
We are asking for your commitment to attending all 6 sessions (we realize emergencies may come up.) The cost is $150 for the full 6 weeks; paid in full at start.
