44th MINUTE MAN RACE
The main event will consist of a certified USA Track and Field 10K Run, 5K Run and 5K Walk. The Kids Fun Run will include a 50 yard dash (Ages 3-5), 100 yard dash (Ages 6-7), 1/2 mile (Ages 8-9), 1 mile (Ages 10-12) featuring a Kids Zone during and after the race. Race net proceeds will directly benefit charities located in lower Fairfield County, CT and Westport, CT.

Pre Race Registration and Bib Pick Up:
Location: Performance Optimal Health
333 Post Rd W, 1st Floor, Westport, CT 06880
Dates: Thursday, April 27th, 5-8. Saturday, April 29th, 9-1.
*Day Of Race Registration will be at Compo Beach from 7-8am ONLY
RACE START TIMES:
Adult race warm-ups begin at 8:00 am next to the Pavillion near the Start Line
5K Run & 5K Walk - 8:30 am at South Compo Beach
10K Run - 8:40 am at South Compo Beach
Kids Fun Runs -first age group starts at 8:30 am at the baseball field near the marina
RACE DETAILS:
5K Run, 5K Walk and 10K Run – all participants under 13 must participate with an adult
Kids Fun Run – parents must be present during the race; no drop-offs.
PARKING:
If you decide to pick-up your bib on Race Day, please plan to arrive early to register your attendance as the Compo lot tends to be busy.
Registration is open from 7 am - 8 am only. You can park in the designated area in the Compo lot or in the adjacent Soundview dirt lot.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Our race is held rain or shine and my be chilly early in the morning. Please dress accordingly.
